Abstract

This paper discusses population trends, behavioral concepts and development criteria in the Rock Creek Area, El Dorado National Forest Information's obtained from a research of the literature and input from the using public, adjacent landowners, and local agencies. It is applicable to decisions and direction for developing facilities and managing off-road motorcycle use in the Rock Creek Area.
