Discussing the growing role of the public in planning the use and access of public lands. Gives an example of multiple use. The Salmon river is a shinning example of how wel1 multiple use has worked. The vision of the '90s has a structure. It is the national forest system. If this vision is to include the traditional uses we all cherish, we must step forward to define it together.
