vehicle uses and owner preferences in Utah (Professional report IORT PR2001-02).
Logan, UT: Institute for Outdoor Recreation and Tourism,
Department of Forest Resources, Utah State University. OHV user survey to examine owner characteristics, attitude, and preferences.
Respondents were selected at random from Utah OHV registrations and interviewed
by telephone. This was a very extensive questionnaire, including the verbatim
responses to interviewers' open-ended questions. Other questions included
demographics, what vehicles, where ridden, distance traveled, types of
riding preferred, attitudes toward OHV program fund use, attitudes toward
training and safety, and much more. |
