Bruce Dees Associates. (1987). Snohomish County Off-Road Vehicle Study.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to answer the following questions, (l) What is happening regarding ORV recreation in Snohomish County? (2) What could happen to address the needs of ORV recreationists and concerns of the public? (3) What would it mean to the County in terms
of cost/benefit to become involved in ORV recreation? The study concludes there is value to both groups if there is equal emphasis on addressing concerns of the non-ORV users while addressing needs of ORV users.
