Letter to Stanislaus national forest supervisor which provides comments on the drafts EIS. It supports OHV use as a dispersed recreation VS. A developed site use; refutes the contention that noise pollution disrupt wildlife; addressed the conflicts between timber harvest and recreation; questions "standards and guidelines" for OHV management; and objects to the wilderness recommendations of the EIS.
