Illinois OHV laws: 14.

Abstract

A copy of the Illinois Recreational Trails Fund legislation, created to raise money for state OHV projects through a registration program. This law also enacted a titling requirement for all OHV's backdated to 1980 and a portion of the title fees would also go to the Fund. Various other license plate fees would contribute also. The bill had a number of other provisions not related to OHV registration.
