The Blue Ribbon Coalition is a self-proclaimed off-road vehicle user group that has actively opposed efforts by the U.S. Forest Service to protect road less areas in our national forests. This report examines the Blue Ribbon Coalition’s history, rhetoric and supporters/funders.
