This plan outlines the entire ORV program of the county for two years. It includes definitive program policies and guidelines which are to be followed in the application of each type of action to each type of ORV’s. It includes Priorities for the acquisition and development of ORV trails and areas proposed by the county, it contains a complete summary of prospective actions of other affected programs.
