Abstracton.
This report is the outgrowth of a 1977 Washington State statue - requiring
a statewide Off-Road Vehicle Recreation Plan. It is not the plan but is
a major building block on the way toward that plan. It is a survey of
ORV user preferences, needs, and patterns of recreation. The report concludes
that there is reasonable grounds for optimism about achieving an optimum
ORV Recreational Plan.
