Washington's Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor
Recreation Plan (SCORP). This plan shows the relationship of physical resources and developed facilities to opportunities for participation. It furnishes a framework within which goals and objectives are converted into attainable programs for providers, both public and private, and all users. It develops solutions strategies to problems; identifies/evaluates major issues/concerns facing parks/recreation identifies present/future needs for outdoor recreation; and establishes proposed courses of action.
